It all started in the ’90s…

In 1996, our founders, Bruce & Carol Sherman set out to bring the best promos and best customer service to their hometown of Youngstown, Ohio. Fast forward to 2018, when Stephanie Shapiro and Brittany Mendez joined the then two-person team, with plans of major growth and expansion. The key to that growth and expansion was maintaining the culture of caring that Bruce and Carol so delicately and deliberately wove into the company culture. Stephanie and Brittany also had plans of a fresh look, new tools, and lots of trending ideas to really expand the customer base and breathe new life into the mission at Sherman Creative.
